This approach is now growing outside the region, and a new part of the adventure begins.
Macnica, originating out of Japan and with a global footprint, joins Indesmatech as a majority shareholder.

Indesmatech will remain as a Danish legal entity continuing with all existing activities.
Søren Manicus and Rune Domsten remains as shareholders and Executive Officers of the company.
